Directors' Meeting,
Lynchburg Glass Corporation - May 29, 1925

This specially called meeting was to deal with immediate cash flow problems.

These minutes were scanned, converted to text, and edited by Dennis Bratcher from original copies now in the Jones Memorial Library in Lynchburg, Virginia. The original minutes were typewritten. Director's Meeting

A meeting of the Directors of the Lynchburg Glass Corporation was held in the Director's Room of the First National Bank, Friday, May 29th at 1 P. M. with the following present:

N. D. Eller
John Victor
J. D. Owen
R. C. Watts
D. H. Dillard

On motion of John Victor, seconded by D. H. Dillard, the President was unanimously instructed to assign $10,000.00 in accounts to take care of the payroll and other immediate obligations amounting to approximately $7,000.00.

There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
